Meet the cake artist
Brette Hawks is the owner and artist of Hobble Creek Cake Co. She has a bachelor's degree in Food Science, has worked in almost every facet of the food industry, including experience in a professional bakery. She has been serving up beautiful, delicious cakes here in Utah Valley for 6 years now.
In addition to creating gorgeous cakes, she loves teaching the craft of cake to others and has taught over 200 students both in person and online, and runs a choaching business to help other home bakers get their businesses up and running.
