Come learn the basics of cake decorating as we work together on this beautiful pressed floral cake design! You will build your own cake in this 100% hands on class.

We'll cover:

• How to bake your cake layers + storage & prep tips

• How to make buttercream from scratch

• How to stack and crumb coat a cake

• How to get smooth sides and crisp edges 

• Edible florals: how to press them & how to arrange them

This is a fun, high energy class and all levels of experience are welcome! You will leave with all the recipes used, invaluable decorating knowledge & experience, plus a gorgeous cake decorated by you!
